Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Paul E. McLemore became licensed as a Tennessee attorney in 1996. Mr. McLemore received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (1991), and he received his law degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law (1996).
